Videomax International Pvt. Ltd., founded in 1980, has grown from a humble electronics shop into a recognised full-service manufacturer. Headquartered in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh with state-of-the-art production facilities, the company also operates a R&D center in Shenzhen, China, seamlessly integrating international innovation with domestic manufacturing. We specialise in both Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), offering partners the flexibility to bring their own product designs or leverage Videomax’s in-house design expertise. Our Milestones.
1980
Our founder, Late Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal, started the company with humble beginnings, opening a small electronics shop in Delhi after completing his formal education.
1984
Seeking to establish a brand, he visited Singapore to import radio and VCR parts, which he began assembling in a home basement for trade. His perseverance earned him the title of "VCR King" in the 1980s.
1995
With his son Mr. Sandeep Gupta, he set up a factory in Roorkee, to undertake new ventures. Free-to- Air (FTA) dishes and DVD Players were another addition to the large variety of products his company had to offer.
2005
Adjusting to the World Trade, the company started importing from China, further offering a wider portfolio. Induction Cooker, Computer Monitors, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Press Iron to name a few.
2015
VMI held a substantial market share in the manufacturing of LED/ LCD TVs by 2015, with an impressive annual production capacity of 250,000 units. This significant presence solidified VMI's position as a major player in the TV industry.
2024
As of 2024, VMI is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge Power Banks and Bluetooth speakers. And have recently opened a new Computer Monitor and Commercial Display production line at facility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
2025
We achieved a key milestones by being among the few first in India to introduce CKD assembly for IFPDs. We also expanded our portfolio with new Commercial Display solutions.

Sandeep Gupta brings 40 years of electronics manufacturing experience and leads with a practical, customer-first approach. Under his leadership, Videomax International Pvt. Ltd. has built strong manufacturing and R&D capabilities across India, with integrated facilities in Uttarakhand and Greater Noida. He has expanded the portfolio across Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Education Tech, and Smart Charging Solutions, and introduced Renewable Energy Solutions. His focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction drives best-in-class products at affordable prices.
